YOUR TASKS

• Assist with ad-hoc data maintenance and analysis tasks;
• Responsible for intercompany business - SAP Purchasing settings, escalations & financial related topics;
• Project management role for intercompany relocations;
• Responsible for collecting supplier data, initiate supplier workflow and track request realization in SAP as per the Service Level Agreement in place;
• Coordinate with data owners to collect data for vendor master data WFs;
• Ensure all key fields are accurately populated before releasing vendor data form.
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with preference for Masters studies;
• Consistent experience in purchasing field of business;
• Strong understanding of automotive aftermarket part business, trading goods and supply base;
• Fluent in English;
• Tenacious and persistence at follow-up;
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
