What We Are Looking For

• Implement and maintain the Quality Assurance System
• Creation/preparation of system-relevant documentation for upcoming audits
• Carrying out incoming goods inspections and other verifications on the production flow
• Prepare documentation for the approval proces: control plan, measurement sheets, check lists
• Define the aproval process and quality gates
• Raise and coordinate detailed nonconformance reports for nonconforming product
• Taking over measurement equipment management
• Carrying out product audits and final inspections as well as tests and inspections with clients
  

What Qualifications You Should Have

• High school diploma is must, bachelor degree is preferred
• Initial professional experience in production or quality management in the metalworking industry
• Strong attention for details
• Confident use of MS Office
• Native Romanian speaker
• English language skills, German is an advantage
• Strong process thinking, quality awareness, and analytical approach to troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Driver's license is an advantage
