📢 We’re Hiring: Quality Specialist – Customer Liaison

📍 Romania – Pitești | ⏱️ Full-time | 🏭 Automotive Industry

We are looking for a Quality Specialist – Customer Liaison to act as the key interface between the plant and our customers, ensuring the highest quality standards and supporting continuous improvement in the automotive industry.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Represent the Quality function towards the customer and act as their main point of contact.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using advanced problem-solving methodologies (8D, PSD, Kepner-Tregoe, PCAD, etc.).
• Prepare and manage customer submissions (APQP, PPAP) and ensure acceptance.
• Coordinate and control customer quality documentation, defect samples and approval processes.
• Support audits (internal, external, customer) and implement corrective actions.
• Train quality technicians on standards, catalogs, and customer-specific requirements.
• Analyze warranty returns, prepare action plans, and maintain strong liaison with customer representatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in all Quality KPIs (RPPM, CPPM, IPPM, SPPM, quality costs, warranty, customer audits).
• Ensure compliance with BOS, IATF 16949 and customer requirements.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Quality, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of AIAG core tools (APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, GD&T, testing methods), SPC and MSA.
• Experience with manufacturing quality systems and direct customer communication.
• Certified IATF 16949 internal auditor (or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• High ethical standards and customer-oriented mindset.
