Padelmania Club Tunari is a high-end padel club designed to offer an exceptional sports and social experience. We are looking for a polite, presentable, positive and customer-oriented professional to become the face of our club and play a key role in our daily operations and commercial activity.

The club operates 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM, with shifts covered by a team of 3 employees.

Role Description

• Welcome members and guests with a professional, elegant and proactive attitude
• Manage bookings, payments, memberships and customer requests (in person, phone and email)
• Advise clients on club services, events, classes and products
• Actively support sales, upselling and member retention
• Serve snacks and beverages while maintaining premium service standards
• Ensure reception and common areas always reflect a high-end image
• Provide administrative support and assist the Club Manager as required

Qualifications

• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent Romanian communication skills, clear and professional
• Highly educated individual with excellent manners and well-groomed appearance
• Extremely positive attitude and strong people skills
• Clear commercial mindset and customer focus
• Ability to work in a premium, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality, premium clubs, hotels or customer service is a strong advantage
