The opportunity
We are seeking an immediately available Recruiter based in Hungary to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary contract (4-6 months), with the potential to become a permanent opportunity.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, supporting hiring across the organisation with a particular focus on technology roles in Hungary. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and securing high-quality talent in a competitive market.
This role is ideal for a proactive, delivery-focused recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable leveraging AI tools, recruitment technologies, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage the best candidates.
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
Role responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, role requirements, and team objectives.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, particularly for technology-focused roles in Hungary.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, talent databases, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls to assess experience, motivation, and role alignment.
- Present shortlisted candidates with insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process, ensuring pace and quality.
- Utilise AI-enabled sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and market insights to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure alignment with recruitment processes and standards.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs within the Hungarian market.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or agency.
- Experience recruiting for technology or technical roles.
- Experience sourcing candidates within Hungary (experience across Serbia or Portugal is advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of direct sourcing techniques and talent attraction strategies.
- Ability to develop creative and targeted sourcing approaches to engage high-quality candidates.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools, recruitment technology, and data insights to support hiring outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities.
- Ability to build strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a global team.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering hiring outcomes.
