Your main responsibilities:

• actively recruiting Romanian caregivers for current assignments in Germany;
• conducting complete candidate interviews;
• verifying experience, references and German language skills;
• matching caregivers with suitable assignments;
• presenting assignment conditions to candidates;
• creating and updating caregiver profiles in our database;
• supporting caregivers before departure and during their assignments;
• coordinating arrivals and departures with our transport team.

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Project Coordinator to recruit and support Romanian caregivers working in Germany.
Requirements:

• minimum 2 years of experience in caregiver recruitment or the German home-care sector;
• fluent Romanian;
• very good German, minimum B2 level;
• experience in interviewing candidates and assessing their professional experience and German skills;
• strong communication and organisational skills;
• independent and reliable working style;
• good computer and database skills.

German will be the main language of communication with our team, while communication with Romanian caregivers will be conducted in Romanian.
