We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Assistant to join our team on a contract with the potential for a permanent position. Based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, this role is vital in supporting the People Team by ensuring recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes are seamless and efficient. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about human resources and providing exceptional support across various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and conducting resume reviews in collaboration with recruiters.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support onboarding activities by organizing training schedules, ensuring system access, and managing necessary documentation for new team members.
• Partner with HR and departmental teams to address specific onboarding requirements.
• Process employee change requests, including job updates, supervisor changes, and other role modifications.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in HR systems and databases.
• Provide administrative support for People Team projects, including logistics coordination and documentation.
• Manage inboxes, calendars, and scheduling tasks to ensure the team operates efficiently.
• Contribute to People Team initiatives by assisting with communications and project execution.
• At least 3 years of administrative experience in HR, recruiting, or related People Team roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
• Strong organizational skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing support to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes, including onboarding and employee relations.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
