We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to join a renowned cultural institution in Los Angeles, California. This is a contract position where you will play a pivotal role in managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for various departments. Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Identify and attract high-caliber candidates across a range of roles and departments.
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines to ensure all hiring steps are completed efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address recruitment needs and provide updates on hiring progress.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the hiring process.
• Proactively address potential gaps or challenges in the recruitment workflow.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain a smooth, consistent candidate experience.
• Provide recommendations for improving recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to source and secure top-tier talent for diverse roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to adapt to evolving priorities and problem-solve effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders and drive processes forward.
• Familiarity with structured recruitment processes and best practices.
• Experience with corporate and executive recruiting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HR policies and hiring regulations.
