Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. You will support international recruitment projects, focusing on sales & IT roles across foreign markets, and play a key role in delivering top talent to our clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes (briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, recommendations).
• Delivering recruitment projects for IT, sales roles
• Active sourcing and direct search of candidates across international markets.
• Close collaboration with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategy.
• Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future projects.
• Ensuring high-quality recruitment processes and positive candidate experience.
• Providing regular updates and recommending process improvements when needed.
  

Our Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for sales roles (essential).
• Experience in delivering recruitment projects across international markets.
• Ability to work independently in a project-based environment.
• Strong sourcing and direct search skills.
• Very good command of English (min. B2/C1).
• Ability to build strong, business-oriented relationships with stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.
