We are EDDV UAB, a dynamic and fast-growing company headquartered in Klaipeda, Lithuania, specializing in the construction and repair of ships and industry. As part of our expansion strategy, we are opening a new office in Romania and are looking for a motivated and professional Personnel Specialist to join our team.

What We Are Looking For
📌 A responsible and proactive individual
📌 Experience in recruitment and/or human resources administration
📌 Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English and/or Russian
📌 Good understanding of the Romanian labor market
📌 Ability to work independently and take initiative
📌 Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Main Responsibilities
✅ Search for candidates on social media and create short recruitment videos
✅ Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
✅ Publish and promote job vacancies on Romanian recruitment platforms
✅ Review CVs and conduct preliminary interviews
✅ Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs
✅ Prepare and manage employment documents in compliance with local regulations
✅ Support workforce planning and HR processes for the new Romanian office
