Role Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Romania and the Southeast Europe countries with the flexibility to travel 80% of time. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities . Additional tasks include coordinating with the sales team, developing strategies to achieve targets, and providing market insights to improve company offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in sales software and tools is a plus
• Adaptability to travel in Romania and countries around;
• Experience in sales (market analysis, strategy, negotiation, client relationship, performance tracking and reporting etc.)
• Prior experience in regional sales of Bimed products (especially cable glands) is preferred
