Main purpose of the job:

• Provide a warm, friendly and personal inbound customer service.

• Work Channels: Inbound customer support service - processing tickets &calls.

*Please note that this is a project based contract, for 1.5 months, with possibility of being extended.

What we offer:

• Base salary - 4200 RON NET

• Meal vouchers

• Work from home

• Working hours: 8 hours shifts, 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days of weekly rest, rotating shifts.

  We cover: Monday-Friday 9-18 CET and Saturday 10-16 CET (by rotation and when working Sat having next Mon off)

What we need from you: 

• Advanced level of French language
• Intermediate level of English language
• Great communication, strong listening & problem-solving abilities
• Positive & team player attitude, customer centricity & accuracy
• Flexibility, energy and dedication.
• Available to start in mid-August 2026 for a temporary engagement of approximately 1.5 months, until 30 September 2026
