Sales Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads from calls and messages (Google Local Services, website, and social media).
Follow up with leads using GoHighLevel and schedule cleanings in BookingKoala.
Do outbound outreach:
Cold calling realtors and property managers
Messaging on Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor
Admin Service
Answer incoming calls or messages from clients who want to reschedule, cancel, or update their cleaning.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism, calm communication, and a solution-first approach.
Record all customer interactions and resolutions for internal tracking.
Make every client feel heard, supported, and valued.
Operations Support
Communicate with the team using Slack and manage any same-day cleaning issues.
Track internal metrics using Google Sheets or other tools.
Help the company stay aligned with its targets and goals.
Schedule
You must be available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Excellent verbal and written English
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Previous remote work experience
Reliable internet, phone, and laptop
