FROO is a fast-growing retail company in the food & FMCG sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experiences. We are now looking for an experienced Adaptation Partner to coordinate the adaptation of our new retail stores and ensure that every opening meets our quality and timing standards.

About the role

As a Construction Project Partner you will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the adaptation process of newly acquired premises for our retail stores. You will work closely with construction companies, equipment suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and flawless store openings.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in adapting FMCG retail stores
• Experience working directly with 5+ construction companies
• Project management expertise and ability to handle multiple stakeholders
• Valid driving licence – category B – and ability to travel within the assigned region
• Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Polytechnic, or other technical studies, or a related field
• Results-oriented, organised, and proactive
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the fit-out process of acquired premises for retail stores, covering both technical and formal aspects
• Collaborate with internal departments and equipment suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate construction, installation, shelving, furniture, IT, equipment, and visualisation works
• Supervise and ensure quality control of construction works
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with timelines and standards
• Cooperate with relevant authorities and property owners
• Ensure all required documentation is uploaded to the company’s internal platforms (takeover and handover protocols, before/after photos, building books, etc.)
• Take over premises from Expansion and hand them over to Sales Operations
