📌 Job Description
The Person Responsible for the Supervision of Works (RSL) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction or industrial works in full compliance with technical documentation, applicable legislation, and quality standards.
This role carries technical and legal responsibility for the proper execution of works, ensuring that all activities are performed according to approved designs and regulatory requirements.
🔹 Responsibilities
Supervise the execution of works in accordance with technical drawings and project specifications
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
Monitor the quality of works and materials used on-site
Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions
Coordinate site teams, contractors, and subcontractors
Maintain and verify technical documentation (site book, reports, handover documents)
Participate in key inspection stages and authority verifications
Ensure readiness of documentation for inspections and project acceptance
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
Monitor compliance with Health & Safety regulations on-site
Prepare and manage ISCIR-related documentation, where applicable
