AIoTomate is a Târgu Mureș-based startup bridging the gap between advanced AI and physical systems. We don't just build chatbots; we build AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) solutions for industry—connecting sensors to intelligence—and specialized healthcare portals that help people navigate their symptoms.
This is a hybrid position for someone who is comfortable talking to people, learning new tools, and using AI to turn innovative ideas into real client opportunities. It is not a classic sales role, nor a pure technical job; it is about being the bridge between the technology we build and the clients who need it.
Important: This is an in-person role requiring daily office presence at our location in Livezeni. You will work directly with the founder in a focused startup environment where your contribution is visible from day one.
What You’ll Do
1. Sales & Client Support

• Targeted Research: Identifying industrial plants, medical clinics, or logistics companies that could benefit from AIoT monitoring or our health portal.
• Strategic Outreach: Writing tailored messages that explain the value of automation to a business owner or a technical manager.
• Lead Management: Keeping track of conversations and ensuring we follow up with interested leads at the right time.
• Proposal Support: Helping prepare simple offers, presentations, and demos that showcase our specific solutions.

2. AI-Assisted Business Operations

• Productivity through AI: Using GPT and other advanced tools to draft high-quality emails, technical summaries, and social media content.
• Market Intelligence: Using AI to research specific sectors (like the Romanian healthcare market or industrial safety standards) to help us stay competitive.
• Content Guarding: Reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs to ensure they are accurate, professional, and contextually correct.

3. Product & Project Support

• User Experience (UX) Testing: Acting as the "first patient" on our health portal or the "first manager" on our industrial dashboards to find bugs or confusing steps.
• AIoT Feedback: Testing the interface between our hardware sensors and the software—checking if the data alerts and visualizations make sense for a real-world user.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggesting practical changes to make our complex technology feel simple and intuitive for non-technical clients.
