We are looking for a proactive and business-driven Sales Development Representative / Sales Support Specialist to join our team.


This is not a classic admin sales support role. 


We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, conduct deep market research, support strategic outreach activities, and initiate conversations with senior stakeholders across international markets.


What You’ll Do: 

• identify target accounts, decision makers, and business opportunities 

• conduct market, industry, and competitor research 

• support outreach activities across email, LinkedIn, and other channels 

• use CRM and prospecting tools to manage pipelines and sales activities 

• support lead qualification and initial business conversations 

• prepare insights and information for the sales and business development teams 

• collaborate closely with sales, marketing, management, and technical departments 

• help identify customer pain points, trends, and strategic market opportunities 

• leverage modern sales and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and outreach activities 

 

Requirements: 

• very good English communication skills (written and spoken) 

• experience with CRM and outreach/prospecting tools 

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience 

• understanding of outbound sales processes and account-based outreach 

• analytical thinking and strong business understanding 

• confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders 

• proactive mindset and attention to detail 

• ability to work in a dynamic international environment 

• experience in B2B technology, security, software, or IoT industries
