About the Opportunity: Our client is a prominent international manufacturer currently expanding its footprint across Central and Eastern Europe. Romania represents a standalone strategic market in our growth plan. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to lead development efforts, build lasting B2B partnerships, and act as the primary point of contact for the Romanian market.
What Your Role Will Look Like:

• Market Development: Identifying and securing new B2B business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector in Romania.
• Client Management: Maintaining and growing relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, architects, and developers.
• Travel & Presence: This is a remote-based position requiring high mobility. You will typically spend 50% of your time traveling within Romania (alternating one week working from home with one week on the road visiting clients).
• Strategy: Implementing localized sales strategies to ensure the company becomes a preferred partner in the Romanian market.
