We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to drive polymers business growth (Bucharest, Ploiesti, Buzau, Pitesti, Craiova area). In this role, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships. You will play a key role in shaping commercial success by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare the sales concept for the key customers and define the steps to achieve the goals
• Be in continuous contact with the customers; visit the customers regularly
• Prepare and maintain annual / periodic / weekly customer action plans for his/her own key customers
• Cooperate with Group teams and third parties to offer quality service to customers
• Provide all the necessary market information for Strategic Marketing (pricing, demand, competitors’ behavior, trend in the industry)
• Monitor and conclude contracts, service assigned accounts, create quotes, maximize prices, take orders
• Maintain full compliance with Group guidelines and internal commercial policies

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, technics or other related fields
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience / or minimum 3 years of experience in the sale of polymers or processing of plastics
• Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce
• English language – advanced
• Business and results orientation, strong focus on stakeholders
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, solid market knowledge
• Car license – category B
