What you'll do

• Lead and develop a small sales team
• Drive new business acquisition in the B2B space
• Own the sales strategy and build scalable sales processes
• Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Define, monitor, and report on sales and marketing KPIs
• Prepare regular forecasts and reports for senior management
• Work closely with our international management team

We're looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager who takes ownership, leads a small team, and actively grows our business in Romania and other Eastern European markets.
What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing
• Experience leading or managing a small sales team
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing KPIs
• Familiarity with online and/or offline marketing
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Comfortable working with common sales and productivity tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
