We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Operational Coordinator to drive operational excellence and business growth across our sales functions. The ideal candidate will combine strong managerial skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics in the telecommunications and energy sectors. This role demands a proactive self-starter capable of coordinating across HQ, sales teams, and customers to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and streamline sales operations across multiple teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize market approach and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a bridge between HQ, sales teams, and customers, ensuring smooth communication and execution of initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimize KPIs, adjusting them according to business needs and relevance.
  • Review, rethink, and enhance the sales incentive payment strategy and procedures to maximize performance.
  • Drive business performance by identifying opportunities for improvement and acting on them proactively.
  • Mentor and support sales teams, fostering a results-oriented and collaborative culture.
  • Monitor and improve key sales metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or coordination, preferably in telecommunications and/or energy sectors.
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent self-motivation and ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
