Responsibilities:
Order and Logistics Management
- Accurately process and verify sales orders, including customer and payment details, within the ERP system;
- Coordinate with factories and logistics teams to manage and communicate delivery times and schedules to customers;
- Expedite orders as needed to ensure timely delivery to the customer;
- Handle all sales-related documentation, including preparing quotations, contracts, and proposals;
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy;
Financial and Administrative Support
- Manage the invoicing process by issuing and tracking sales transaction invoices;
- Collaborate closely with the Finance department to streamline the invoicing and reconciliation process;
- Answer customer inquiries and obtain missing information via phone or email regarding orders, deliveries, and products;
- Generate regular sales reports to track and evaluate order processing and sales performance;
- Communicate important customer feedback to relevant internal departments.
