What you will do:

• Manage and further develop an existing customer portfolio;

• Understand customer needs and translate them into suitable product solutions;
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements;
• Identify and approach potential new customers and market segments;
• Support the expansion into new geographic markets;
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer developments;
• Represent the company at trade fairs, customer visits and industry events;
• Contribute to regional sales targets and growth objectives;
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates;
• Coordinate closely with Production, R&D and Logistics teams to ensure high customer satisfaction;
• Provide valuable market feedback to support product development and commercial strategy.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Business, Sales, Textiles or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
• Experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably within textiles, upholstery or interior fabrics;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluent English; French is strongly preferred;
• Results-oriented and proactive mindset;
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to work independently and take initiative;
• Structured and well-organized approach to sales management;
• Willingness to travel regularly.
