We are looking for Field Sales Representative to grow Lindström in Romania by winning new customers and building long-term partnerships. If you define yourself as "hunter", enjoy opening doors, meeting customers on-site, and selling solutions that improve daily operations (not just “products”), this role is for you. Your mission (what success looks like):


  • Prospecting and winning new customers through cold outreach, field visits and structured follow-up; building a strong pipeline and closing contracts
  • Own your weekly activity plan: outreach, meetings, demos/site visits, proposals, and closing.
  • Understand customer operations and propose tailored service solutions (value-based selling).
  • Navigate typical objections (e.g., “We already have a supplier”) and create a strong business case to switch.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline in CRM and consistently convert opportunities into signed contracts.
  • Manage own sales pipeline and be mindful of required activity to fulfil the goals in the pipeline.
  • Continuously improve your selling approach through training, coaching and sharing best practices

We will tailor the role to your knowledge and interests, giving you the opportunity to participate in interesting projects, including development initiatives.


What helps you to shine in this role?


  • Diploma in business, marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of B2B field sales experience with proven new business wins (hunter mindset).
  • Business understanding and acumen (customer focus industries, market trends, buyer personas)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and daily customer visits in the field (driving license required).
  • Experience in justifying the value of the service and tackle “price-only” discussions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust and influence decisions.
  • Structured, self-managed way of working: you plan your week, prioritize targets and follow-through.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce or similar) to manage pipeline and activity.

Nice to have


  • Experience in selling services / recurring contracts (B2B services, facility services, industrial services).
  • Understanding of compliance / hygiene / operational efficiency topics is a plus.
