Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer visits;
Understand technical products well enough to design tailored solutions with our production teams;
Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships end-to-end;
Contribute to sales strategy and build accurate forecasts from market and sales data;
Track performance indicators and drive improvements to results and customer satisfaction;
Promotes Coficab’s brand and executes sales strategy in line with the company’s business development objectives and market characteristics and trends.
Identifies and investigates potential customers & new products.
Participates closely with R&D teams in the development of business cases for new projects & initiatives
University degree in Engineering - required Business/Marketing/Commerce— is a plus;
Solid grasp of technical/industrial concepts and product specifications;
Experience in B2B, technical, or industrial sales is a plus — automotive or cable industry background is a bonus;
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Forecasting processes;
Analytical and problem-solving skills, Budgeting & Cost estimating;
Advanced English;
Availability to travel regularly (50% + from the working time)
