Sales Specialist

We are looking for a customer-focused and commercially driven professional to support our growing transport and logistics activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships and generate new business opportunities across different logistics services and sectors

• Conduct regular customer visits, commercial meetings, and sales presentations to expand the customer portfolio and strengthen existing accounts

• Manage customer communication, commercial negotiations, and account development activities

• Prepare and support quotations, pricing activities, and commercial proposals to achieve growth and profitability targets

• Coordinate and oversee all sales activities within the company, while identifying and creating new business opportunities

• Develop relationships within existing customer accounts and maximize cross-selling opportunities

• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive developments to support business growth

• Provide regular cross-functional reporting to management and contribute to the company's commercial strategy and growth plans

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in transport operations, logistics, or freight forwarding

• Experience in international transport operations

• Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics is highly preferred

• Commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills

• Ability to manage operational and commercial responsibilities together

• Advanced level of English

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
