Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying and investigating potential customers and new products;
• Collaborating with Research & Development teams on new initiatives and projects;
• Participating in the quotation process and collecting relevant information;
• Developing the local sales strategy based on regional and global market research;
• Maintaining effective relationships with customers, handling requests and complaints;
• Conducting regular customer visits and identifying their needs;
• Monitoring and analyzing sales KPIs and implementing continuous improvement plans;
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, EHS requirements, and the company’s code of conduct.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education (Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in the automotive industry);
• English – advanced level (B2-C1);
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with AS400 is an advantage;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills;
• Willingness to travel abroad.
