Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Sighișoara, with a combination of onsite and remote work. The Sales Specialist will identify and connect with prospective clients, present waste management solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process, providing product training as needed, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer support. The role also entails working collaboratively with the RECONDIS team to assess client needs and align solutions to those needs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written Communication skills
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service while building long-term client relationships
• Proven track record in Sales or related roles, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Skills in Training, with the ability to guide clients in understanding and using the offered equipment effectively
• Proficiency in Sales Management, including developing strategies and managing sales pipelines
• Proactive problem-solving ability and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of the waste management industry or related fields is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software platforms and tools
• Valid driver’s license is preferred
