Role Summary
The SAP Global Key User - Finance is responsible for defining, harmonizing, and maintaining global finance processes, standards, and workflows to ensure consistent application across all regions and divisions. The role drives process improvements, supports SAP rollouts, and acts as a key interface between business and IT.
What you`ll do:

• Further develop and standardize global finance processes
• Design and implement process optimizations in relevant systems collaboration with IT
• Participate in projects and ensure interfaces with adjacent business processes
• Specialist responsibility for SAP FiCo rollouts at national and international locations
• Supporting digital transformation as well as the automation of processes and reporting
• Contributing to the design of new SAP S/4HANA functionalities and supporting business units during the transition
• Ensure high-quality finance master data across all regions
• Deliver user training and support business stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with adjacent processes
• Evaluate local process change requests and identify process gaps

• Degree in Business Administration (focus on Finance/Controlling), Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in an international, multi-entity environment with diverse business models.
• Experience in process design, implementation, and optimization
• Deep knowledge of SAP FI (SAP CO is an advantage) and finance-related methods
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English (
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel
