Ensure absolute consistency between sub-ledger and the general ledger (GL) to guarantee data integrity for month-end closing.✅ Prepares Balance Sheet account details in invoicing level.✅Expense Analysis & Budget Control: Prepare monthly cost center expense breakdown reports. Perform comprehensive Variance Analysis (Actual vs. Budget), identifying root causes for discrepancies and providing actionable insights to management.✅ Improve account booking procedure and SAP setup in order to meet the report analysis requirement.✅ Inventory Accounting & Reporting: Oversee inventory valuation and movement. Prepare monthly Inventory Monthly Reports (Inflow, Outflow, and Ending Balance), ensuring accurate recording of raw materials, GIT, WIP, and finished goods.✅ Cost Saving Tracking & P&L Impact: Partner with the operations team to perform financial simulations and tracking for plant cost-saving projects.
