For our client a manufacturer of charge air coolers, intercoolers and cooling towers, we are searching for a Senior Accountant in Ghimbav, Brasov.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing and recording cost invoices in Dynamics AX / ERP;
• Executing payments through the banking system;
• Preparing and submitting the Intrastat declaration;
• Performing intercompany (IC) account reconciliations;
• Managing fixed assets and generating amortization reports;
• Reviewing and verifying accounting transactions for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and financial regulations;
• Providing support in preparing tax declarations (D100, D300, D390, D394) and annual financial statements;
• Archiving accounting documents in accordance with internal procedures;
• Carrying out additional accounting tasks upon request from the direct manager.

The Ideal Candidate:

• University degree in Economic Studies, preferably with a specialization in Accounting or Finance and Banking;
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting standards and fiscal regulations;
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
• CECCAR, CCF, or CAFR membership is considered an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
