TasksAdvise and guide application users on the capabilities and correct use of the Advaris MES/PLM platform; Analyze user requirements and translate them into configuration changes within the application; Plan, implement, and document configuration changes; Act as 1st level support, handling user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating to higher level support if necessary; Conduct user training and onboarding for new Advaris users; Validate and support master data quality for material master data, BOMs, routings / work plans and product-related data; Collect, structure, and prioritize user feedback and improvement requests for submission to the vendor; Maintain configuration documentation and user-facing guidelines and manuals; Assess business impact of changes and releases and coordinate functional regression testing with key users.
