Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of audit planning documentation.
• Communicate the audit plan, responsibilities, and objectives to audit assistants.
• Lead the audit team by assigning tasks, providing instructions, coaching, and support.
• Conduct engagement administration reviews to ensure:
  • Audit assistants have completed their assigned tasks accurately.
  • Audit programs and conclusions are appropriately documented.
• Collaborate with managers to deliver reliable outputs that are ready for manager or partner review.
• Ensure the audit team adheres to professional quality standards under your supervision.
• Oversee the timely completion of assigned engagements, maintaining continuous communication with the client, manager, and audit team.
• Identify client or potential client needs to support the delivery of additional services by our firm.
• Build strong working relationships with clients to meet engagement goals and assess their needs.
• Evaluate the professional performance of audit team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Professional certification (ASPAAS, CAFR, ACCA, etc.) preferred
• Proven experience in auditing roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
