The opportunity
You will join an international digital-transformation engagement and work directly with business stakeholders, product representatives, technical teams and delivery management for an Irish renewable energy company.
The role focuses on understanding business problems, improving processes and helping the client introduce effective AI-enabled and automated solutions. This is a hands-on Business Analyst position requiring both strategic thinking and detailed delivery capability.

• Fully remote collaboration from Romania;
• International project with a client based in Ireland;
• Direct exposure to senior business and technical stakeholders;
• Work involving AI adoption, automation and enterprise digital transformation;

Key responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops;
• Analyse existing business processes, pain points, controls, data flows and operational dependencies;
• Produce clear As-Is and To-Be process maps and target operating models;
• Identify and assess opportunities for AI adoption, workflow automation and process digitalisation;
• Translate business objectives into functional and non-functional requirements;
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, business rules and traceability records;
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, solution architects, data specialists, testers and change teams;
• Support prioritisation of requirements, roadmaps and delivery backlogs;
• Assess proposed solutions against business value, user needs, delivery risks and operational controls;
• Define appropriate human-review points, decision boundaries and governance controls for AI-enabled workflows;
• Support testing, UAT, implementation, adoption and transition into business operations;
• Monitor outcomes and help define KPIs for efficiency, quality, adoption and business value;
• Communicate progress, decisions, dependencies, risks and blockers clearly to client stakeholders.

B2B RATE AND COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS
Your estimated monthly invoice from your PFA to us: EUR 5,500 GROSS for 20 approved billable days, considering Irish Bank Holiday Calendar.
The actual monthly invoice will be calculated according to the number of days worked, approved and billable to the client;
Accounting support will be provided for the PFA collaboration, including guidance for PFA setup, monthly invoicing and standard administrative documentation, guidance for management of PFA taxes.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in digital transformation, business-process improvement, AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation.
The successful candidate will work remotely from Romania with an international client based in Ireland. The role requires a combination of structured business-analysis capability, practical transformation experience and the confidence to work directly with senior business and technical stakeholders. Start date is as soon as possible.
Essential experience and capabilities:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Digital Transformation or a closely related role;
• Strong experience leading discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops;
• Proven ability to analyse existing processes and define clear As-Is and To-Be operating models;
• Experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and implementation plans;
• Practical experience with AI-enabled solutions, process automation, GenAI/LLM-supported workflows, chatbots or intelligent workflow platforms;
• Ability to identify processes suitable for automation and assess expected business value, risks, dependencies and implementation feasibility;
• Experience managing requirements, priorities, dependencies and traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle;
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions, challenge assumptions and create agreement across business and technical teams;
• Experience supporting solution design, testing, UAT, implementation and business adoption;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote international environment;
• Availability for full-time collaboration during agreed client working hours (starting 10am/11am ->6/7pm RO time)
• Existing Romanian PFA or willingness to establish one with our support (working with our external accounting company AxaCont Timisoara if is desired)
