The Senior Business Analyst, Veeva Solutions, will play a key role in delivering high-impact consultative and technical support for Veeva Vault users. This role will lead small client engagements, manage projects, leading ongoing support and managed service engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor by providing tailored solutions that align with clients’ strategic business objectives. In collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, the Senior Business Analyst will also be responsible for driving improvements in service delivery, fostering client relationships, and contributing to team development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support multiple client engagements (both small projects and ongoing support initiatives), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, deeply understanding their business goals and recommending customized solutions to address current and future needs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term, scalable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.
• Facilitate client meetings, ensuring action items, deliverables, and next steps are captured and documented professionally.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven reports, presentations, and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Veeva Vault best practices, contributing to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation efforts.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on technical support, client engagement, and project management best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and service enhancements to improve overall client satisfaction.
