Whitelabel agency is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce enabler company specializing in planning and managing e-commerce businesses. We're a key partner with the TikTok Shop Partner Team, Shopee Certified Enabler, and Lazada Agency Partner Program. As an Enabler, we help businesses grow in e-commerce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce team to join our growing business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering performance on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, as well as in building new initiatives to help us win in this market.

How Will You Make an Impact?
As our E-Commerce Account Executive, youll help drive the success of our partners businesses across key platforms. From planning campaigns and managing store performance to building strong partner relationships, youll be at the heart of our e-commerce operations creating real impact and visible results.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans for brand partners
• Define sales targets, commercial milestones, and growth strategies across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
• Act as the strategic lead for assigned brands, managing partner relationships and leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance during platform events such as Mega Campaigns and Brand Days
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and maximize GMV
• Provide actionable insights and performance reviews to partners
• Lead and coordinate with key account executives to ensure alignment, timely execution, and consistent campaign delivery
  


What You'll Need

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or sales
• Familiarity with FMCG, fashion, or online retail is a plus
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in campaign planning and data interpretation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Self-driven and adaptable to a fast-changing environment
