Cerinte

University degree in business administration, finance, or business informatics;
3–5 years of professional experience in a similar controlling role;
Fluency in English, enabling effective communication in a global environment;
Strong analytical skills combined with an open and solution-oriented mindset, capable of addressing complex topics efficiently and creatively;
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach;
Data-driven mindset with a strong interest in implementing innovative IT solutions, including AI, to enhance and streamline controlling processes;
Experience with SAP is an advantage;
Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsabilitati

Contributing proactively to the worldwide month-end closing and planning processes;
Organizing and coordinating month-end closing and planning processes with plants and cross-functional teams;
Leading monthly reporting reviews with plants and management;
Preparing structured monthly reporting packages, including management commentary;
Optimizing and further developing efficient, IT-supported global controlling processes;
Supporting transparency and understanding of worldwide financial results;
Monitoring all relevant controlling activities to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery of group financials for forecasts and month-end closing (worldwide);
Analyzing and interpreting financial results;
Supporting customer and product profitability analyses;
Implementing and maintaining controlling-relevant master data in SAP and other IT tools;
Creating structured reports and dashboards for all relevant key figures;
Driving and supporting the global performance program;
Tracking and monitoring performance measures across all plants and functions;
Discussing monthly implementation status of measures with cross-functional teams and plants;
Analyzing effectiveness and financial impact of measures within the P
Consolidating relevant measures at group level;
Preparing monthly performance reports for management.
