🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify project dependencies and proactively manage risks and cascading impacts.
• Define, manage, and optimize project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to ensure efficient execution.
• Drive communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical, creative, financial, and client teams.
• Oversee team performance, utilization, and resource planning across projects.
• Manage project financials, including estimation, budgeting, and profitability.
• Partner with leadership to define resourcing strategies and support project scalability.
• Implement and optimize processes, tools, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management within agency, consulting, or similar environments.
• Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, from scoping to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, or MS Teams.
• Experience applying and adapting methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or Kanban.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage trade-offs effectively.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
