Role Description The Senior Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area. The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery for construction and development projects, including defining scope, setting timelines, and managing budgets. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, supervising contractors and suppliers, and ensuring work is executed to required quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Senior Project Manager will handle stakeholder communication, including clients, designers, consultants, and authorities, preparing regular progress reports and facilitating key decisions. Daily responsibilities also include risk identification and mitigation, managing changes and claims, supporting procurement and expediting activities, and driving continuous improvement in project management processes.

Qualifications

• Strong project leadership and coordination abilities, including Project Management skills and experience managing complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes, including quality control, site inspections, and compliance with technical specifications and HSE standards.
• Logistics Management experience to plan, monitor, and optimize the flow of materials, equipment, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a senior project management role within the construction or renewable sector, preferably with consultancy or client-side exposure.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in project management and planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and solid MS Office skills.
