Senior Social Media & Marketing Intern (Unpaid – For Credit)

Mayze Atelier is a luxury interior design and furniture brand specializing in custom stone pieces, sculptural design, and high-end interiors. We work with clients across North America to bring elevated, architectural spaces to life through bespoke travertine, marble, and curated design experiences.

We are currently building a strong, creative team to scale our digital presence and brand storytelling across platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Marketing Intern to take a leadership role in executing and overseeing our digital marketing efforts. This position is ideal for someone who is highly creative, organized, and ready to operate at a fast-paced, startup level.

This is not a passive internship , you will be actively building and shaping a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage content planning across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Oversee junior interns and delegate daily tasks
• Develop and execute weekly content calendars
• Write captions aligned with Mayze’s luxury brand voice (editorial, elevated, storytelling-driven)
• Coordinate and post content (grid posts, reels, stories)
• Manage daily engagement (comments, DMs, audience growth strategies)
• Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional content
• Assist with Shopify updates, product listings, and visual storytelling
• Identify trends and translate them into brand-relevant content
• Contribute to creative direction and brand strategy discussions

Commission Structure

• Earn 10% commission on any sales you directly contribute to or help close
• This includes leads generated through content, outreach, or client interactions
• Strong performers have the opportunity to build real earning potential alongside experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in luxury branding, interior design, or fashion/beauty marketing
• Prior experience in social media management or content creation (preferred)
• Leadership ability , comfortable guiding a small team
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong writing skills (caption writing is key)
• Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and content planning tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
