Senior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist (2 year fixed term contract)

Your tasks

• Responsible of prescreening, manager interviews and selection and lead an end-to-end recruitment process;
• Work with MyHRSuite (SAP Success Factors) system for recruitment, reporting and learning topics;
• Build strong and long-lasting trusted relationships with the Hiring Managers and the HR community;
• Provide a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods;
• Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives;
• Understands market availability and is update with recruiting trends;
• Coordinate with local HR teams across countries on all onboarding-related topics;
• Support the rollout and adoption of the new ZF Lifetec onboarding standards and processes;
• Align and harmonize onboarding documentation, checklists, and workflows;
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and IT to resolve onboarding challenges;
• Contribute to developing and enhancing onboarding tools, templates, and systems.

Your profile

• University degree or above;
• 3-5 years experience or above in HR function;
• Proficiency in English;
• Familiar with recruitment procedure and process;
• Familiar with onboarding process;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Creativity, initiative, understanding/reaction to issues, good teamwork in virtual environments;
• Ability to learn by doing, work under pressure and analytical skills.
