This role is a temporary replacement until January 2028, with an option to extend the contract.
In this role, you will:
•Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for diverse roles, mainly in IT.
•Partner closely with Hiring Managers to provide them with up‑to‑date market insights, talent availability and hiring trends.
•Mentor less experienced colleagues, sharing recruitment knowledge and best practices.
•Strengthen the employer branding activities through campaigns, events and active representation at job fairs and industry meetings.
•Decide on the most effective multi‑channel sourcing strategies, with a high level of autonomy in attracting the right talent.
•Maintain recruitment data and reporting, enabling data‑driven decisions and continuous process improvement.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
•Bring solid recruitment experience, ideally in IT.
•Communicate confidently in English (B2/C1) in an international environment, German language skills are an advantage.
•Have strong experience in using and shaping multi‑channel sourcing strategies, including direct search and AI.
•Demonstrate strong people skills with a consultative and continuous improvement mindset to be able to act as a trusted partner.
•Work comfortably with standards and processes, maintaining high quality of work.
