Job DescriptionAs a Sr Test Manufacturing Engineer (ICT), you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing ICT test solutions used in the manufacturing environment. You will diagnose and resolve hardware failures, perform root cause analysis at component and PCB level, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.This role is on-site and reports directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. You will be working from our location in Lugoj, Romania, following an on-site work schedule.Core Responsibilities ICT Program Support: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing ICT programs, fixtures, and test hardware. Failure Analysis & RCA: Perform root cause analysis of failed assemblies and identify faults at component and PCB level. Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electronic failures using schematics, ICT diagnostics, and measurement equipment. Technical Documentation: Document findings, troubleshooting procedures, and corrective actions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Manufacturing, Design, Quality, and Product Engineering teams to resolve product and process issues. Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, test coverage, and manufacturing efficiency. Education Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in English (upper intermediate speaking and writing). Must Have Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT testing within an electronics manufacturing environment. Experience with ICT program maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and program modification. Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and schematic interpretation. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and fault isolation at component and PCB level. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments. Nice To Have Experience developing ICT programs from scratch. Experience with Flying Probe test systems. Experience with Functional Test (FCT) systems. Knowledge of Design for Testability (DFT) principles.
