Serial Quality Planning Specialist
Qualifications

• Technical university degree
• Knowledge of technical drawing, mechanics, and electronics
• Advanced English and/or German language skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the quality field
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to track and meet deadlines
  

Responsibilities

• Preventive quality planning – product analysis and redesign (Product Design Reviews), defining control criteria, establishing verification strategies, and approving production means.
• Quality coordination and monitoring – planning inspections for parts, subassemblies, and finished products; updating inspection plans and documentation (PLP, APQP, PPAP); supervising part approval status.
• Participation in RUNs and process validation – involvement in production tests starting from RUN3 (line relocation to Sibiu), monitoring results, and defining corrective actions.
• Managing series modifications – recalculating parameters, adjusting tolerances, implementing additional checks, and preparing the PPAP file for modification approval.
• Indicator and complaint analysis – monitoring PPM/scrap objectives, analyzing customer and internal complaints (SOP + 6 months), and implementing corrective measures.
• Communication and coordination – acting as the main contact person for quality-related customer issues, collaborating with the Development department and suppliers, participating in audits, and preparing action plans.
• Continuous development of the quality management system – improving procedures, conducting internal audits (Layer Audit), training personnel, and evaluating data for optimization.
