Paralos Energy, a well-established energy projects construction and services company is seeking to recruit a service administrative (logistics and planning) for all activities within the service wind department based In Tulcea office.

Role description:

•
Manage supply and consumption of spare parts, tools and equipment necessary for activity.

•
Coordinate supply chain logistics and issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers.

•
Perform regular warehouse inventories and control flow of equipment in charge.

•
Weekly planner for activities on site in coordination with team leaders and area supervisor.

•
Client focal person for planning and logistics.

•
Lead tenders and contractors supply chain to ensure optimization of costs where necessary.

•
Issue work certification and follow-up payments with clients.

•
Communicate with several functions within team to ensure proper follow up and reporting on time of site activities. 

•
Collaborate with accounting dpt on a frequent basis with use of relevant accounting systems for proper data management and controlling.

•
Report directly to head office in Greece and indirect to local area supervisor.

Skills and Competences:

•
Hold a business administration, logistics or finance related degree.

•
Experience in similar would be an asset, especially within technical/industrial sector. 

•
Excellent computer skills and use of English language.

•
Advanced communication skills and ability to interact and coordinate with a large team of technicians, team leaders and managers.
