Service Desk Analyst

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and develop your soft- and technical skills, while contributing to the world-class support services. You will work closely with a dedicated team of cyber security professionals to deliver multi-skills Service Desk services in different areas.

In this role you:

• Takes internal customer calls;
• Logs, troubleshoots and dispatches IT issues to the next level, with the aim of ensuring quick and effective resolution;
• Collects data for internal reporting;
• Ensures service level agreements ‘fulfilment;
• Resolved incidents, service requests and queries;
• Documented new known errors.

We hope you have:

• German (C1 or above);
• English (B2 or above);
• Team working skills;
• Understanding of solutions and correct management of problem solution;
• Capacity of taking care of the technical documentation and following the production, experimentation and deployment phase.
