For our client, we are recruiting a SharePoint Analyst responsible for developing and optimizing Microsoft 365 and Power Platform collaboration solutions, transforming business requirements into efficient digital solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
capture and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Microsoft 365 solutions, primarily using SharePoint Online, Power Automate and Power Apps, collaborating with external partners when needed;
support business teams worldwide in effectively using Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Planner, helping colleagues work more efficiently and productively;
support, maintain and further improve the existing Power Apps and automation solutions already implemented within the organization;
identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement using Power Automate and other Power Platform capabilities, design reliable, future-proof solutions, and lead their end-to-end implementation;
develop training materials such as manuals, videos and online help to support the adoption of digital workplace tools;
organize and deliver training sessions and workshops for end-users, key users and champions across different locations worldwide;
monitor new developments within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, test emerging capabilities (including AI-related features such as Microsoft Copilot) and assess their potential value for the company;
ensure solutions comply with Microsoft 365 governance standards and best practices;
collaborate when relevant on initiatives connected to Dynamics 365 CRM or other business applications.
Candidate’s Profile:
bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in Business & IT, Computer Science or Digital Technologies;
several years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams and SharePoint Online;
solid knowledge of SharePoint Online, including collaboration sites, document management and permissions;
experience with SharePoint administration is considered a strong asset;
proven ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions using out-of-the-box Microsoft 365 capabilities and low-code tools;
hands-on experience with workflow automation and Power Platform solutions is required;
exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM is considered an asset;
proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders, capturing requirements and supporting the implementation of digital workplace solutions;
experience in a manufacturing and/or international environment is considered a plus;
customer-oriented, pragmatic and solution-driven, with a strong focus on improving how people work through digital tools;
able to work independently, take ownership of solutions and manage initiatives from analysis to delivery;
structured, hands-on and proactive, with strong communication skills;
fluent in English.
