In 2019, UE Chairs opened UEROM Furniture in Romania to serve the European market and expand its manufacturing footprint.

We are searching for a shipment responsible to face the client and arrange the goods delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organize domestic and international shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries;

• Manage customer orders and oversee the entire shipping process;

• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation for import and export operations;

• Maintain contact with the client to ensure timely order delivery;

• Collaborate with carriers, business partners, and internal departments to ensure efficient logistics operations;

• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues or discrepancies;

• Support customs procedures and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

What We're Looking For:

✅ At least 1 year of experience in import/export or logistics operations;

✅ Advanced English language skills;

✅ Experience in customer relationship management;

✅ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;

✅ High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
