An interesting opportunity to join our client's team at a dynamic civil engineering firm specialising in integrated architecture and construction projects. We are looking for a Site Manager to join this organisation.

Responsibilities

• Development of the general execution plan
• strategies, stages, resources.
• Preparation of the detailed work programme, according to the technological processes.
• Monitoring the progress of the works and adjusting the planning according to the reality on site.
• Supervising the teams and the responsible persons at work points.
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines and making adjustments in case of delays.
• Quality control of the works and organising partial and final receptions.
• Optimising material consumption and adhering to the budget.
• Implementing and supervising health and safety regulations.
• Constant collaboration with the project manager, designers, and the technical team.
• Preparing periodic progress and consumption reports.

Requirements

• Completed higher education (Technical University of Construction - FCCIA).
• Experience in the field of civil and industrial construction.
• Knowledge of legislation in the field.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Organisational, analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.
• Resilience to stress and availability for extended hours.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to meet deadlines and result-oriented.
