Your mission is to grow one of the world's largest AI creator communities by engaging with users, supporting creators and helping amazing work get discovered. Every day you'll interact with thousands of creators, celebrate their work, identify new talent and help build a community people genuinely want to be part of.
Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence across X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and other social platforms.
• Publish daily content and ensure our channels remain active and engaging.
• Respond to comments, messages and community discussions in a timely manner.
• Engage with creators who share content made using our platform by liking, commenting and sharing their work.
• Identify outstanding creators and invite them to join our creator program.
• Build relationships with AI creators, influencers and community leaders.
• Organize online challenges, contests and community initiatives.
• Monitor AI trends, viral content and emerging creator communities.
• Gather community feedback and share actionable insights with our Product and Growth teams.
• Help creators succeed by answering questions and connecting them with the right resources.
• Collaborate closely with our video creators, designers and marketing team to maximize the reach of every campaign.

You're the type of person who spends time on X, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit or Discord because you enjoy discovering what's new, engaging with creators and being part of conversations. You know how to build relationships online and understand that great communities are built through authentic interactions—not just scheduled posts.
You are excited about AI and enjoy experimenting with the latest AI tools and creative technologies.
You have:

• Excellent written English.
• Experience managing social media accounts or online communities.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Reddit.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, highly organized and self-driven mindset.
• Passion for AI, technology and creator communities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience with AI creative tools is a strong plus.
